How to make fairy wings

Supplies you will need are mold able wire, and wood, plus duck take, mesh gold fabric, white and gold paint. Plastic that can easily be cut, and satin fabric for your connector. Elastic, glitter glue, and trims of choice to add character to the wings. Also a hot glue gun will be needed.

Here is the basic frame which is made of thin wood twigs wet down and molded then wire added for support. Tape was then added for safety with the wiring. The general cut out for the base was used with gridded plastic. This is after the wing molds were painted gold then the shimmery gold fabric was sewn onto the molds. White paint was added to the center to create dimension.

Glitter glue was then used with a iridescent white and a gold glitter to create veins.
Finished with the base added bringing all together. I sewed the wings and elastic arm bands onto the gridded base, then Hot glued the backing with fabric for support. Then I hot glued gold satin for the front adding a pearl trim and tassels and rhinestones for added affect.
