Blonde Bomb Shell 2 In Color

So here she is done in color, using prismacolor colored pencils.

Dragon Polymer Clay Sculpture

Completed this dragon last night he will either be used for my bouquet or my wedding or my head piece for my wedding.
He was made out of molding clay, then baked, painted, and rhinestones and feathers added for a special touch. This turned out so well I think I might be inspired to try more things like this. Don't usually work in 3D.

Blonde Bomb Shell 1

It is always good to go back to your basics like graphite, but I plan on taking this image and putting her in color to. So this should be interesting how the different formats look. It has been a long time since I have played with graphite. Thinking maybe I should do more like this.

Progress of a Drawing

When going in a completing the drawing a few adjustments are needed to things but over all this is how it works. The background at the top is a separate design work done on the computer. This is for my wedding in October. It is part of an invitation design. Plus part of the wedding book I will be making.

The Bozwell Adventures: It Starts With One

This is a very important project I completed and am really proud of. I have always wanted to write a children's book and now I have and am really excited about it. Plus it really does say a lot about my history since I have a brother with special needs. So this subject is very close to my heart. Please check this out and if you like what you see, buy a book. But don't forget to leave feedback on Amazon if you do.

How to make fairy wings

Supplies you will need are mold able wire, and wood, plus duck take, mesh gold fabric, white and gold paint. Plastic that can easily be cut, and satin fabric for your connector. Elastic, glitter glue, and trims of choice to add character to the wings. Also a hot glue gun will be needed.

Here is the basic frame which is made of thin wood twigs wet down and molded then wire added for support. Tape was then added for safety with the wiring. The general cut out for the base was used with gridded plastic. This is after the wing molds were painted gold then the shimmery gold fabric was sewn onto the molds. White paint was added to the center to create dimension.

Glitter glue was then used with a iridescent white and a gold glitter to create veins.
Finished with the base added bringing all together. I sewed the wings and elastic arm bands onto the gridded base, then Hot glued the backing with fabric for support. Then I hot glued gold satin for the front adding a pearl trim and tassels and rhinestones for added affect.

Making A Fancy Feather Pen

Start by getting all your supplies together. You will need a large stiff feather, then three soft fluffy feathers, then three small patterned feathers, and a regular pen you can take apart. You will also need ribbon, rhinestones of different kinds, paint, and a hot glue gun. Don't forget to sketch out your idea before you start.
First Paint your feather up with it's designs, if you would like a special design you can use a stencil but this can be difficult.
Now take your pen apart. Start working on your pen base by painting it a base color. Let dry. Then add embellishments like the ribbon and rhinestones using a hot glue gun.

Put your medium feathers together like the image above the hot glue the smaller ones on top of the medium ones, then glue your backing and your rhinestone together then hot glue it to the feathers.
Now you can add your rhinestones to your large feather after the paint has dried using a hot glue gun.
Assemble the pen together by hot gluing the large feather into the base of the pen. Then hot glue the second feather layer in front of the base of the large feather and pen. You should be able to push your cartridge into the other end and then add your pen tip to close the pen off. This is it. But if you want to add more here is what you can do.
You can hot glue an ostrich feather behind the big feather for more flare or you can take several medium fluffy feathers and hot glue them around the edge of the big feather for flare.
