Cloche Hat
Items:
Bulky yarn
44 or 36 peg loom
looming hook
crochet hook size h
Terms:
DSCOF: Draw String Cast Off
EW: E-Wrap
P: Purl
YO: Yarn Over
I: Increase
COF: Cast Off
Hat: Circular: 44 pegs (can be done on 36 peg loom)
EWCO 44 (36) Pegs
Row 1: EW
Row 2: P
Row 3: EW
Row 4: P, Move loop to next peg, Purl both loops together by
bringing yarn around the back of the peg to purl. Repeat this all the way
around.
Row 5: YO, EW (YO by laying the working yarn over the empty
peg.)
Repeat rows 2-5 3 to 4 more times depending on how low you
want your hat to sit on the head.
D by every other peg, toss bottom loops over. DSCOF
Brim: Circular: 44 pegs (can be done on 36 peg loom)
Put cast on loops back onto the pegs from your hat, see
video for help.
Row 1: EW
Row 2: EW4, Move loop 4 to peg 3, Inc by pulling up
connecting strand from previous row. See video for help. EW the I and place
loop 4 back on peg 4. Repeat all the way around. (By the end of the row every
4th peg should have 2 loops)
Row 3-6: EW (note on the pegs with 2 loops EW the top loop,
place on peg 3, then EW second loop, place top loop back on peg4.)
Row 7: EW2, Place loop 2 on peg1, Inc by pulling up
connecting strand from previous row. EW the I and place loop 2 back on peg 2.
EW 2, place top loop on peg3 and EW second loop, place top loop back on peg4.
Repeat. (By the end of the row every other peg should have 2 loops on it.)
Row 8-11: EW (repeat the concept on rows 3-6 on the 2 loop
pegs)
Cast off with crochet hook but do an extra chain between
picking up loops.

This is a guide line, please feel free to incorporate any
beanie hat you like and add the brim to create a cloche hat.

Deletesorry I should of been more specific I did make that pink hat im at the part where I placed back original loops and was doing the ewrap 4 then go in and find that stich somehow I just am not understanding it :( and cant finish my hat pls help
