Row 1: EW
Row 2: P
Row 3-5: EW1 P1 all the way around.
Row 6: P
Row 7: EW
Row 8: **D1 toss bottom loop over, YO1, EW1** Repeat 18x (Note: you can go in and
do the Decrease and toss the bottom loops over, then go back and basically EW
36 pegs, but toss every peg that has 2 loops on it.)
Row 9-10: EW
Repeat rows 8-10 2x
Decrease by every other peg tossing bottom loop over, DSCOF.
Brim: 15 pegs: Flat
EWCO 15 pegs Flat
Row 1-7: EW
Row 8: Sk1, EW7, EW8, Sk1, EW8, EW9, Sk1, EW9, EW10, Sk1,
EW10, EW11, Sk1, EW11, EW12, Sk1, EW12, EW13, Sk1, EW13, EW14, Sk1, EW14
Repeat rows 1-8 7 more times.
COF Sew ends together sew, sew brim to hat. Mod Podge entire
hat to stiff. Note this stiffening process will take 4 to 5 days to completely
dry and stiffen.

For the brim, for Row 8 are you skipping Peg1 then EW Peg2 or are you skipping Peg2 then starting the EW on Peg3?
