How to Loom Duck Rattle
Supplies
24 Peg loom
Double up yarn (level 4) Yellow and Orange
Looming Hook
Crochet Hook
Crafters Needle
Polyfil
2 Eyes
Terms:
Knit: K
Cast On: CO
E-Wrap: EW
Internal Decrease: ID
Draw String Cast On: DSCO
Draw String Cast Off: DSCOF
Cast Off: CO
Head: Work Flat: start with Yellow
DSCO 24 Pegs Flat
Row 1-16: K24
Row 17: ID 24to12 pegs
Change to Orange
Row 18-25: K12
COF
Sew up beak, back of head, and stuff.
The Ring
EW CO 24 Pegs Working Flat
Row 1-15: K24
Fold back and place the cast on loops onto the pegs.
Toss bottom loop over and then cast off with crochet hook.
Stuff and sew up. Then sew the head on the ring.
Your done.
Note: When making other rattles just use the ring part of the pattern, take the heads of the other stuffed animal patterns and just Knit rather than E-Wrap to half the size of the head. Sew the head on the ring and you have your rattle.

Sew up snout, back of head, and ears. Stuff

D by every other peg and tossing bottom loop over.

Sew up front, half of bottom, stuff then sew up rest of bottom. Make 2.
Sew back legs on the bottom sides of the body, then sew on the arms at the top of the body just in front of the back legs, the sew on the head lining up ears with back legs, nose to front center. Tuck your ends and hot glue on your eyes lined up with inner ear at the base of the snout. If you would like a tail get you a package of the white fluff balls in the crafts department and glue it on for a tail. Your done.

How to loom a Netted Hat
Netted Hat
Supplies:
36 peg loom
looming hook
crafters needle
2 skeins of yarn (doubel strands)
Terms:
EW: E-Wrap
CO: Cast On
P:Purl
D: Decrease
YO: Yarn Over
DSCOF: Draw String Cast Off
Work circular
EW CO 36 pegs
Row1: EW36
Row2: P36
Row3-7:P1 EW1 repeat 18x Creating a ribbing pattern
Row8: P36
Row9: EW36
Row10: **D1 toss bottom loop over, YO1, EW1** Repeat 18x (Note: you can go in and do the Decrease and toss the bottom loops over, then go back and basically EW 36 pegs, but toss every peg that has 2 loops on it.)
Row11-12: EW36
Repeat rows 10-12, 4 more times.
Decrease every other pegg tossing bottom loop over and DSCOF. Close off top and then hide your original tail.

Row 10: K6, (Start Ear: Working between the next 5 pegs: K5 pegs 4 rows, Change to black K5 pegs 1 row, K3 pegs 3 rows, K1 peg 2 rows, Change to white, K1 peg 2 rows, K3 pegs 3 rows, K5 pegs 5 rows, change back to orange K5 pegs) K2 (work next ear repeating the ear you just did again) K6

Row 17: ID from 24 to 12 pegs

Sew up tail and stuff.
Assembling
Sew upper legs white facing in to the white of the body, at the very top of the body
Sew bottom legs with the sewn seam flat in the center and sew white part of the leg with white part of body and orange part of leg with orange part of body. Easy guide, sew the legs along the purled line.
Sew on head lining ears up with outer bottom legs and snout center front
Sew on tail center back bottom on purled line, with the curve of the tail curling around the bottom of the body.
Hot glue or sew on eyes.
